Comment by So Comment by i'm confused. There is a boat from Northern Barrens - Ratchet Taking this boat you'll come to Northern Stranglethorn , go to Flightmaster in Stranglethorn if you have them on your list he'll take you to Bloodwatcher Point on the map You need to have purchased atleast Expert Riding then Flight Master's License to use flying mounts.

Just to the left of Garrosh Hellscream. Comment by sherrasama Epic quest chain is epic. No spoilers but I almost peed at the end. Finish Twilight Highlands! You wont regret it! Comment by Just to let it be known.. Throughout the leveling process, I could basically go from mob to mob, keeping SnD and Recuperate up, and never have to stop to eat or bandage.

This area of the zone in particular was quite different in that regard. The Twilight Vindicators are pretty harsh on melee. Comment by Sacrelicious For those who may be wondering, there is a quest chain to get to Twilight Highlands, which starts with Twilight Investigation. Comment by Mostunknown What quest do i need to complete to unlock the portal to Stormwind? Comment by East of Ironforge. You should have a flightpath to Thelsamar, then just head east.

Highbank is the island just off the coast and 81,77 is the flightmaster there. Comment by If you're a miner, the place called "The Twilight Citadel" is a real goldmine. Well, elementium-mine to be exact. There's elementium everywhere, with an occasional pyrite here and there. When doing the quest involving the Loch, make sure you always fly around a lap or two, because I found 2 rich elementium and 1 pyrite while doing that.

Really awesome place. Comment by help Does anyone else feel that miners are being penalized for doing the quests here? Before doing the quests, the whole valley down the left side of the zone was a very rich mining area, free of mobs. Now that I've done the quest chains, half the valley is full of level 85 mobs, 5 or 6 of whom will instantly jump you when landing to mine a node.

And I'm not certain, but I seem to be finding far fewer mining nodes in the valley now. Comment by Is there an intro quest for here, like the other zones? If so, where can I find it? Second, all the buildings are destroyed and burnt down which makes the whole place look ugly. And third, a lot of the quests are bugged or dont really give you enough information of what to do and also make you feel pointless, most of the time like finding someones pants. Im not usually a hater but i sereously dislike what blizz has done here.

Why dont they make more "nice" zones like nagrand, elwynn and silvermoon? Comment by Gvaz I hate this zone because the quest chain is so! It's not certain sections, it's the whole ZONE. Comment by carlosbrunno New in the Zone? Comment by Here are detailed steps for Horde to opening Dragonmaw Port in the Twilight Highlands, and unlocking the portal to Orgrimmar. Level to Get Warchief's Command: Twilight Highlands! It may take a few minutes for the zeppelin to arrive.

You must ride it and watch the full cutscreen in order to progress to the chains to open Dragonmaw Port. You will now also have unlocked Dragonmaw Clan reputation. Comment by oh god, i accidentally canceled the quest while on the zep, any ideas as to where i would go to restart it? Comment by If you had the problem like i did no portal but took the starting quest and the guy at the dock is no longer there Fly to Twilight highlands and do the quests at Highbank, you need to do ALL the quests at highbank up to "The way is open" it can take up to 30 mins to do them all , portal will then open :.

Comment by This is my favorite zone in the entire game. Comment by dragosgrama hello i have 95 q completed in Twilight and I dont know from where i must take another q to complete the achivement. Can you help me? Comment by Destler Is it possible to fly here from other places on the mainland?

I discovered all the Alliance flight paths but still none connected to the other areas of EK. If someone could shed some light on this it would be appreciated :. Comment by cmeierd Please note that the following was found after the improvements to the city are phased in. Beware of flying over Dragonmaw Port, there is currently a building that if you fly over it, you will be dismounted from your flying mount.

This happens no matter how high up you are, but seems to be affected by how quickly you fly over it. It is the building with the rounded roof directly next to the main fortress on the rise. It's got a pretty wide dismount zone too, so make sure to avoid the whole building and not just the roof. If you are a druid it will also shift you out of flying form, however, if you were moving fast enough you still might have a chance to shift back into flight.

Comment by Is it just me or does this zone cause a huge plummet in FPS. Comment by To make things a lot better and easier, make sure you get to level 84 before starting this zone. Once you get to 84, the Twilight Highlands billboard quest will be available to you in major cities that will lead you on a chain to the zone. Comment by PRO TIP: During the horde quest chain that takes you to the Twilight Highlands, for Twilight Skies you will board a zeplin that flies you from the southern rocketway terminus to the new cataclysm zone.

If for some reason you, for example, get on your flying mount and try to board one of the other battleships, you will fall behind the ships mid air, and you will not be able to finish this quest. If for some reason you do not finish this quest, you will not be able to to quest in this zone, get the flight paths Comment by pancakelizard I switched realms and faction this weekend.

On the new realm as alliance I had to redo abunch of home city stormwind cata quests. I believe I have done this all again however I do not have a portal to twilight.

I was able to get there once by the speedboat quest but now it is no longer there in stormwind. Also for twilight, i had around 45 quest completed with horde - now it is the 2 i've done as alliance.

Any ideas? Comment by Im at 73 of 95 in Twilight Highlands and I cant find anymore quests. I havent done any for the Dragonmaw clan.

They want nothing to do with me. Do i have to be friendly with them first? Where can i get rep? Comment by parazyte The portal between Orgrimmar and Twilight Highlands opens along the quest chain starting with You Say You Want a Revolution which is given immediatly when entering Twilight Highlands from the Zeppelin for the first time.

The portal becomes permanent when this chain is completed. Note : To enter Twilight Highlands you need to be lvl 84 and chat with Garrosh in Orgrimmar to start another chain that will have you ready the troops, navy, airfleet, etc. Hope this helps! Comment by Swordy It's amazing that no one has said this yet.

Finishing the majority of this zone put's you item level to start doing heroics. Comment by Bobbif I am missing 6 quests to finish this zone for the achievement and have had no luck finding any NPCs with quests available.

Boards World of Warcraft easiest way to get to twilight highlands? User Info: ScorpioVS. Time flies like an arrow.

Fruit flies like a banana. User Info: pegusus Well, I guess you could take the boat from Ratchet to BB. I'd probably just take the zeppelin to UC though. I deeded to some gay porn. It doesn't mean anything. User Info: dazbuzz. You can just walk in there from the wetlands. User Info: Wyrmwarrior5. Or maybe it's just like that for Alliance.

User Info: mrhighlife It's not like that for alliance at least. One of the quests before the portal opened up bugged out and I had to go back to SW to do other things. The portal back there was not active yet, so I had to fly back.

User Info: Sephiroth C Ryu. For alliance at least, you have to do a quest that very specifically is about getting items that will allow them to stabilize a portal. Its not like the other zones where you get a "stealth portal" open as soon as you do some number of quests for instance, in Uldum, you get the portal after rescuing the prince and saying hi to his pop, but they never say anything about a portal appearing.

Its very blatant which quest it is that opens the portal to the highlands. Presumably, there is a horde equivalent to this quest.
